It is optional for the user to provide demographic information and other unique identifiers, but is encouraged so that stylesmart may provide a more personalized experience when navigating the site.

When placing a product order, stylesmart requests information from the user on our order form. Here a user provides contact information, such as name and shipping address and financial information, including, but not limited to credit card number and purchase terms associated with the fashion industry. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill buyers' orders. If stylesmart has difficulty processing an order, this information is used to contact the user.

From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or incentive programs. "Tell a Colleague"
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a colleague about stylesmart, we ask them for the colleagues' name and email address. stylesmart will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. stylesmart stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The colleague may contact stylesmart at memberservices@stylesmart.com to request the removal of this information from our database.

Security
stylesmart takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, the collected information is protected both online and off-line.
